The Rinehart Homes family consists of six highly skilled and motivated individuals who anxiously await the opportunity to build the home of your dreams. Steve Rinehart, owner and CEO of Rinehart Homes, brings a wealth of homebuilding experience to your project. Customers love the fact that along with the expertise he brings to the table, they can always enjoy some good fun and humor in the process of building their home. Sales manager, Luis Solari finds pleasure in matching a family’s needs and wishes with their home purchase. He realizes the importance of this step in their lives and makes it as easy and smooth as possible. Luis believes that building a relationship of trust and confidence with the customer is as important as the final sale. Lynn Eby, the building superintendent of Rinehart Homes, comes from a background of many years building high-end homes with careful attention to detail. His love and passion for building is evident when you walk the job together. Strong knowledge of the building industry gives him the edge over the average superintendent. Joann Day works closely with Lynn scheduling and making sure that the job is progressing in a timely manner. Joann also brings a strong background in Accounts Receivable and Bookkeeping expertise. When you call the office you will always be greeted with enthusiasm and genuine warmth. Robin Weaver is the connection between contract and final move in. She oversees the details from contract to design selection and final closing. Robin enjoys close involvement with the customer and helping them to discover their own personal style. Her ultimate goal is to take the customer from contract to “Home Sweet Home”. Spirit Pools, our pool division, is overseen by Jeremiah Chambers. Jeremiah has an engineering background which allows him to create masterpiece, one of a kind swimming pools for our new residences. Purchasing a swimming pool to complement your new house is easily achieved with Jeremiah’s knowledge and experience in the industry.
